The Covid19 Pandemic and 2020 in general has been a nightmare so why not indulge in the season of frights and ghouls by visiting the best haunted attractions this Halloween season?

Many locations have "cancelled" Halloween, making it illegal for trick-or-treating or gathering in groups to be entertained at the witching hour - but fear not mortal as we have gathered up the best haunted attractions to you to scare the coronavirus back into the abyss.

Universal Halloween Horror Nights announced they won't be operating this year, but others have changed up policies where masks and social distancing is a priority to keep everyone safe. In fact, some haunted attractions have totally changed up their game plan. Instead of offering a walk-thru haunted house, they opted to have a haunted drive-thru. Check out these Halloween Haunts and perhaps a road trip is what the devil ordered!

The Dent School House, Cincinnati, Ohio

The attraction claims that Dent was once an actual public school, but it closed in the 1950s after a janitor known as Charlie was suspected of foul play after kids started going missing.

The 13th Floor, Denver, Colorado

There's three limited-capacity attractions in 2020: Dead End District, an abandoned "town" with lingering residents you don't want to run into, a Creature Feature starring silver screen vampires, mummies, and werewolves, and Deadly Reflections.

The Bates Motel & Haunted Hayride, Glen Mills, Pennsylvania

The Bates Motel and Bates Haunted Hayride have been dazzling visitors for almost 30 years with a particularly slick experience featuring animatronic props actors, and digital FX. This year no actors will touch any guests and a temperature check at the gate is required.

Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Houses, Uster, NY

The theatrical Headless Horseman Hayride, corn maze, and several haunted house experiences are on the grounds of a gorgeous, historic 18th-century manor. In 2020, the hayride will be replaced by a drive-through experience titled "The Horseman's Trail."

Haunt Manor, Niagara Falls, Ontario

In the 2020 Haunt Manor season you will have the chance to WALK-THROUGH the backwoods of the Haunted Hayride. Step off the Hayride and dare to walk the woods this Halloween season and deeper into the darkness that awaits.Tormented creatures crawling deep in the haunted hayride trails, hallways, prison cells and attics for you.Stories of a ghost hayride lost in the back woods echo the town.
